[Koha-win32] "Too many issues" Circulation error

Hi,
Perhaps you could post the appropriate lines for the error from Apache
intranet log file (C:\Program Files\Apache
Group\Apache2\logs\intranet-error_log) and Circ2.pm for us to have a go.
