[Koha-win32] Z39.50 not work, help please!

Dear John,

I tried to search by ISBN but still got the error page "HTTP 500 Internal
Server Error". I am sure the settings of the z39.50 server are correct, and
the underlying yaz client is working properly because I can use its
command-mode yaz-client.exe to search ISBN and retrieve record from the same
z39.50 server. Below is the intranet-error log again:
