[Koha-win32] WINISIS TO KOHA

We used own perl-script ISIO2709>XML>MARC

It's not finished but work for us
I imagine next conversion scheme:
1. Export from previous library software to marc-file (ISO 2709)
2. Convert ISO-file to MARCXML with help script iso2xml.
3. Adritional manipulation with this file - change encoding to utf-8, move
filed/subfield(manually,not yet realized by a script), add some needed field
(...) and ...
4. Converting result MARCML-file to binary MARC-format with help of script
marcxml2marc.pl
5. Import to Koha
