[Koha-win32] KOHA Browser Settings

Hie,

Thanks for the help. I checked the logs but there seems to be nothing on 
login errors as pasted below. It is reporting some missing files.

however, on the browser itself its reporting "Login error. You are 
accessing koha from a different ip address! Login again"
So I have to login each time I perform a different task.
