[Koha-win32] Image not insert in Patron

Dear All

I am trying to insert patron image .Thus set

Set Koha >> system preferences >>circulation>> *patronimages* to jpg or png
("jpg or png" word put in Value text box and create folder
C:\usr\koha228\intranet\htdocs\patronimages)

Put images in C:\usr\koha228\intranet\htdocs\patronimages and give card
number
but image not display only frame are looking and this frame message "No
Image Available"

Please guide to me how I can insert image to patron
