[Koha-win32] Found the Fix for TOO MANY ISSUES error

you must fix your circ2.pm file
 
use the attached file I found (after lots of searching) to edit the
circ2.pm file sub to many...
 
Thanks to whoever made this fix...
 
Still having issues with patrons logging into opac after they borrow a
book...
