[Koha-win32] I can't believe the same people respond to all the questions

Hi Phil,

There are quite a few people and libraries using and working on Koha, this
is evident from the koha website showcases and the number of Koha forums. I
would suppose that the original Koha for Linux is more stable than the
Windows version. There are also definitely more developers and activity for
Linux Koha.

Seems to me that the codebase for the Windows version is from the Linux
version, sans some mods to make it work and install. You might want to try
the Linux version instead. I'm sure that that version is more stable. Or we
can all work together to make the Windows version more stable (be it
technical help/bug fixing, testing or documentations), thus helping others
like you and me.

1) Try replacing this file. It should fix the display problem.
http://www.nabble.com/file/p13411170/reserve.tmpl reserve.tmpl in folder
C:\usr\koha228\intranet\htdocs\intranet-tmpl\default\en\circ\

2) Joshua has replied here
http://www.nabble.com/Authorities-Headings-tf4685687.html on turning off the
authorities search. Authorities are much like synonyms when you want 2 or
more words to map to the same phrase/word.

3) Could you do one reservation for a patron, after that's done, it should
bring you to the list of Issues and Reserves for that patron. If you still
don't see it, you could post your Apache log (it's located at C:\Program
Files\Apache Group\Apache2\logs\opac-error.log) file here for us to have a
go. Just post the appropriate log lines based on the time of your testing.

4) Quite unfortunately that some of the reports don't work correctly.
However, the Acquisition, Borrower, Catalogue, Circulation reports do work
for me, and those are the important ones for me.
