[Koha-win32] Report Catalogue by itemtype not produce

I am running on Windows XP...I get the same error... General concensus I
get from other people is some of the reports don't work in windows...
 
You can get  software like MYSQL ADMINISTRATOR or SQL-FRONT to view and
edit the SQL Files... you can run reposrts from under there...
 
Or even export the stuff into Microsoft Access... That might work...

I am using koha 2.2.8 on windows 2000.  When i try to look report from
Catalog Statistics>Catalogue by 

itemtype  following error is comming

Server error!
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your
request. 

Error message: 
Premature end of script headers: manager.pl 

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster. 

Error 500
intranet

I am facing this error anybody know this error please help to solving
the problem
