[Koha-win32] Live OPAC/intranet?

Hello,
I'm new to Koha and am thinking of implementing it in a small  library of 3000 volumes.  I've downloaded the Windows version on my home PC to  test it out.  The download went well and I'm understanding how to configure the  OPAC and Intranet. 
  
 But I am not understanding how I can eventually make the OPAC and Intranet  live so that they can be accessed from other computers.  Ideally, I'd like to  access both from any computer (not just the ones located in the library's  computer lab).  How do I make the OPAC and intranet "live"?   Probably an  obvious answer, but I haven't been able to figure it out...

 Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
