[Koha-win32] On Winisis conversio to Koha

Variant with  http://contribs.koha.org/revision_view.php?rid=10 migration
tools (ISO 2709) 0.9.5 :

1) have books.iso from WinISIS export in ISO 2709
2) perl iso2xml.pl books.iso>books_iso_LOG.txt
3) from 2) have 'books.iso.xml' (all records in MarcXML Slim) and
'books.list.xml' (xml-ed list all fields/subfields)
4) edit "books.list.xml" - correct encodings and transfer WinISIS-Koha for
fields/subfields
5) perl prepare_xml.pl books.iso.xml books.edited_list.xml
6) from 5) have "books.iso.xml_utf8.xml" with needed modification
7) perl marcxml2marc.pl books.iso.xml_utf8.xml
8) from 7) have "books.iso.xml_utf8.xml.mrc"
9) search in installed koha for "bulkmarcimport.pl"
10) perl bulkmarcimport.pl -c UNIMARC --file books.iso.xml_utf8.xml.mrc
11) if all good - your records now in Koha

This scripts we use also for migrate data from Irbis (Ирбис) and LiberMedia
ILSs.
