[Koha-win32] would like to try install Koha 2.2.9 and need to import data from koha2.2.8 to 2.2.9 on windows

  Have anyone have any ideas and suggesstions for me about how to import data from koha 2.2.8 to 2.2.9?.
   
  I'm not a computer girl but I would like to try install Koha 2.2.9 and need to import data from koha2.2.8 to 2.2.9 on windows.
  If all of you have any suggesstion please advise me?
