[Koha-win32] error in Koha issue

Dear All,
I have installed KOHA 2.2.8 in Windows XP with following configuration
Apachee 2.2.4
Activeperl 5.8.8.820
Mysql 5.0.37
It is successsfully working with adding new document and enter newmembers.
While issuing the patrons with item barcode, following message is showing
"Error issiung item: the barcode was not found"
but the same barcode is showing in OPAC.
Secondly, Class No. is not showing in the front page OPAC

Request you to kindly solve the problem soon.
