[Koha-win32] Koha-win32 Digest, Vol 34, Issue 5

Once you register them as a borrower in Koha - you can go into permissions and grant them user rights.(you as Admin have to do that) as they only get permissions as great as the one who is editing their record.  So circ staff could setup another circ staff person, but if they don't have rights to edit bib records then the new person wouldn't be able to do that either.  Make sense?
