[Koha-win32] Saving Members

I need help, here is my scenario "When I add a member after saving, no information is saved.  I tried to edit the member entry.pl file line 217 to my %flags = ('gonenoaddress' => ['gonenoaddress', 'Gone no address'], as suggested in one of the forums but still the problem is there.  Am using koha 2.2.9, activeperl 5.8.8 build 822, apache 2.2.9, mysql 5.0.51"
