[Koha-win32] problem with Koha 2.2.9

I work with Windows and I've installed koha 2.2.9, when I push "create empty
biblio" 
in "Cataologue"-"Add biblio", it appears an error, I've copied the 
message in intranet-error:

I've another question, when I try to change default password "koha", 
the program tell me: "There was a problem with your submission

Your current password was entered incorrectly. If this problem 
persists, please ask a librarian to re-set your password for you."
