[Koha-win32] koha issue date problem

i have koha 2.2.9 for windows when issuing books v need to specify the due
date, with month day and year colum, in year color till 2008 is available,
but on jan1 2009 means,how come v can issue,since the year 2009,2010 etc  is
not included....is there anywhere to change the modification of modules..if
so where!!,
