[Koha-win32] KOHA installation error

I Installed Koha2.2.9-W32-R1 on windows but I still got following error. plz
help me in this regard

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster at dummy-opac and inform
them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that
may have caused the error.
