[Koha-win32] create empty biblio

Dear All,

I have installed KOHA 2.2.9 on following configuration
- Windows XP home edition 5.1 SP3.
- Mysql 4.1.22
- ActivePerl-5.8.8.822-MSWin32-x86-280952
- apache_2.2.11-win32-x86-no_ssl

When I push "create empty biblio" in "Catalogue"-"Add biblio", it appears an error, I've copied the message in intranet-error:

Could anybody guide me how to solve the problem?
