[Koha-win32] ILMS windows version download

Dear Uma

Our beloved friend Rob has done a great job irt developing Koha on
windows. The URL is http://www.koha.rwjr.com/. You can download all the
companion software need to run koha on Windows from here. But note that
Koha entered into version 3.x. whereas the latest stabele ditro for
windows is 2.2.9. Some of PERL modules required to run Koha 3.x are not
yet compatible with Windows (also an OS).
