[Koha-win32] Koha in Window

Dear Sir,

I am trying to install koha in window with following

Apache-2.2.4
Mysql - mysql-essential-5.1.45-win32
ActivePerl-5.8.9.827-MSWin32-x86-291969
ActivePerl-5.8.9.827-MSWin32-x86-291969
Koha2.2.9-W32-R1

but getting hang during installation of perl module in line  Unpacking MRAC
Char-Set 0.82..

What should I do please help me in this regard.
