[Koha-win32] KOHA ADDING NEW MARC Record

Dear All,

i am having a problem while adding new MARC Record through KOHA
INTRANET.....after entering record when i press the button "Add
Bibliographic Record and go to Items" i get the following error in
browser....


[Software error:

Tag "" is not a valid tag. at
c:/usr/koha228/intranet/modules/C4/Biblio.pm line 1383

 For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster at dummy-opac), giving
this error message and the time and date of the error.]
and when i checked apache log files for intranet error i found the follwing:
