[Koha-win32] Koha Community vs. Koha

I suggest you read the page at koha-community.org.

Liblime is the only one doing their fork, Koha (at koha-community.org) had
over 60 developers in the 3.4.0 release.

Have a read its all documented. One company forked (they say so themselves)
and it wasn't ByWater.
