[Koha-win32] Koha Community vs. Koha

I just found you guys because I couldn't find documentation for Koha 4.2
- so it looks like LibLime took over koha.org and you spun off? 

How is
this all going to work? Basically, LibLime Koha says no windows after 2.2,
they're on 4.2 and you're on 3.4.02 

Is ByWater the sole group behind this
fork? 

Are you a fork? Are you going to continue supporting Windows?
