[Koha-win32] General Info

We have Koha on Linux.
We Have a new server in Windows and want to migrate all data and KOHA to
window
Several questions:
1. I have tried to install Koha win32 without any result at all.
2. Can copy all the data from Koha in linux to KOHA in windows?
