Koha for Windows had in fact many bugs.
I have fixed them and now I am using it for our great library with no problem.
To make this useful for others, I am sending the whole installation in 5 Steps:
1Apache
2MySql
3Perl
4koha
5Finishing
Each step has a folder containing the installation file and a "ReadmeW.txt" file explaining what to do.
The last step 5Finishing fixes all the bugs I found in Koha for Windows.
I am sending the first 3 steps in a compressed folder named "Koha for Windows 1-3.rar"
and steps 4 and 5 in a compressed folder named "Koha for Windows 4-5.rar"
I have uploaded these 2 compressed files to YouSendIt where they will remain available for one week.

           Koha for Windows 1-3.rar
                  Size: 39.34 MB
                  Expires: April 29, 2013 06:46 PDT

If the above link does not work, you can paste the following address into your browser:

                                Size: 24.1 MB

If the above link does not work, you can paste the following address into your browser:

If koha-win32-owner can put these files on their site this will be useful for those asking about koha for win32, as the upload files will not remain available on YouSendIt after one week
