[Koha-zebra] ZOOM error 10002 "Encoding failed" from diag-set 'ZOOM'

continuing to investigate :
* ZOOM.pm contains ERROR_ENCODE {10002} + a comment about yaz/zoom.h
* zoom.h contains : #define ZOOM_ERROR_ENCODE  10002
* grep -R shows ZOOM_ERROR_ENCODE is used in zoom-c.c
* zoom-c.c contains encode_APDU sub
* before the exception is thrown, /tmp/apdu.txt is written. Here it is :
