Zebra on the circulation / cataloging side of things, Chris on the
OPAC, and I'd like to get my hands dirty in the Zebra configuration
files, creating web-based interfaces for managing the indexing and
retrieval behaviour from Koha's intranet.

I've invited Mike Rylander from PINES and Thomas Dukleth of Agogme to
join in the capacity of Technical Advisors. Mike is one of the
lead programmers for the Evergreen open-source ILS project and
has agreed to monitor our progress and make suggestions along the
way. Thomas has extensive knowledge of MARC and other library
standards and has also agreed to help out with the implementation
to make sure we're considering everything we should be.

I'll follow up tomorrow with a few questions I've got and reflections
on Paul's email to the koha-devel list (link above). But don't
wait for me to start your thread :-) ...

Thanks,
