[Koha-zebra] Koha 3.0 upgrade from nozebra to Zebra

Dear All,

We have small collection (8000) books in Koha 3.0 with 'nozebra' index.
Its getting slower and we want to move to 'zebra'

Is there any standard way to do it ?

I successfully got installed idzebra,yaz installed. but zebrasrv  crashed
with following error
