[Koha-zebra] Zebra on user Koha Failed

The directoy /var/lock/koha is already under the user and group koha:

[root at host lock]# ls -la
total 20
drwxrwxr-x  5 root lock 4096 Jun 15 03:28 .
drwxr-xr-x 22 root root 4096 Jun  1 12:04 ..
drwxrwxrwx  2 root root 4096 Jun  7 16:59 files
drwxr-xr-x  3 koha koha 4096 Jun  1 15:43 koha
drwxr-xr-x  2 root root 4096 Jun 15 10:57 subsys

Is possible that the issue is caused by the CSF firewall that I have
installed few days ago?
