[Koha-zebra] Indexing non Latin records in Koha 3.8.5

Hi there, 

Does anyone know how to enabling ICU for Zebra on Koha 3.8.5 (common
package) please. We have over 13000 Arabic records but they are not indexed.
When we search in Arabic Koha shows all the Arabic records. 

I have found this instruction, but I am not sure whether it is still useful,
