[Koha-zebra] Authorities Z

Hi,
I am running Koha 3.14.10.  When I go to Authorities>New from Z39.50 and
search for an Author (personal), searching the Library of Congress Names, I
get "No data available in table" and Page 1 / 1.  Why is the search not
working?
