Hi JaTara, can you explain your use case a bit?

If a patron list is shared, it can be used by others, but probably only still
be deleted by the creator of the list.

I am not sure if a superlibrarian should be able to interfere here, as these
lists could be considered personal, like the entries of a cart or a list of
bibliographic records.
