I currently have 3 patron lists in our system and I don't know which of our 80+
staff member(s) created it, nor is there an easy way of finding out.

Also, if one of those staff members resigns / retires without deleting the
patron lists they've created, then we're potentially left with a bunch of lists
that literally no one is able to delete.
