This patch remove the popup that has the "Are you sure you want to delete this
message? This cannot be undone." english text. But I think they wanted it
translated to french.
Adding it to: fr-CA-messages-js.po
Some message id coded to use some method/tool(template tooklit?) to help lookup
the translation when french is selected.
