I raised a github issue for this.. I think there's more to it than just the tab
based nav.. the card layout isn't as the mock-ups suggested either and I think
that lack of cards causes some of the difficulties Jonathan D and I raised
regarding the right aligned toolbar buttons and lack of toolbar background
making the buttons lose natural focus.
