Still valid in 22.11. It also has some downstream impacts. If the serial is
configured to create an item record, the name of the issue is passed to 952 $H.
However, 952 $H will appear correct in the item form. Once the item form is
saved, if you look at the Normal view of the biblio record, the name of the
issue is incorrect. In some cases the name of the issue is duplicated.

The work around is to edit the name of the issue before receiving so that the
proper text is passed to the item form and saved. This also seems to correct
the display issue in the item list of the Normal view of the bibliographic
record.
