Serial chronology display error

In reference to my comments on 8/3, the display error persists in the
detail/normal view of the biblio with the items. It is possible to edit the
item record to the correct name either at receiving or after receiving. If the
item's serial/chronology data is edited after receiving, the detail view is not
updated. Attached image.
