I just wanted to point out that this bug is similar to the one
George reported in Bug 32908, but actually has a different scope
as it occurs when trying to place a hold. It also affects a wider
range of Koha versions (v22.05.00 onwards) and has a test plan
that's slightly different. Which is why I decided to submit a
separate bug report and not a follow-up patch.
