happy to see you submitting patches!

It looks like all files now have these lines included:

+# Copyright 2000-2002 Katipo Communications
+# Copyright 2010 BibLibre
+# Copyright 2011 Equinox Software, Inc.

This doesn't seem right to me. Should we not just update the license statements
(This file is part of Koha...) here?
