The branch is being tested by various people and comments are coming directly
to me at the moment.

Just wanted to highlight that this is still moving forward and that I've
resolved most of the issues Caroline mentions above already.

I'm currently at the stage of writing unit tests and splitting the overall
branch into the various bugs so they are more manageable in testing.
