The local customisation I'd done was in the code in the automatic_renewals.pl
script. However, it hasn't been working correctly in 21.11 and 22.11.

I haven't had any complaints about 22.11, so I'm not planning on looking at it
again unless I get people complaining about confusion/unexpected behaviours
locally.

It might be that you need to tweak your template as this does look a bit odd.
