According to https://www.loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bdx30.html, ind2 for
non-6XX headers may  in many cases contain an empty value. But for 7XX headers,
ind2 can either have blank (undefined) or the value '2' (analytic entry). Maybe
that's something we should take into account? As is, all non-6XX headings will
get 'lcsh' (or undef in Janusz proposal), which can be misleading in this case.
