Are you saying you won't import those records - or you want those records to be
ignored when linking? The former sounds easy enough, the second seems it would
require a syspref to not link those

This sounds like a comment on cataloging standards, and maybe something that
can be set in frameworks. But I don't think we need code for this?

These patches do now skip searching thesaurus when linking non-subject fields
