I think it's easier said than done. Sounds like a fair number of changes, and
each one needs testing, QAing, and pushing, which can take a lot of effort.

That said, it's worth doing! And it sounds like there are at least 3 of us
interested in this, so I think we could get some changes done.

The hard part about these changes is that they affect all of Koha, which makes
them big impact.
