This is a really cool feature.. I love the move to plugins as you can now
really add functionality to the system and add a user consent step as part of
that functionality improvement.

I've rebased it locally and am playing around with it.. some small things I'd
like to see to get it over the finish line, but actually I think it's really
close now.
