Hold can be cancelled from waitingreserves.pl. However a reason cannot be
selected. Without a reason a HOLD_CANCELLATION notice will not be sent. 

It would be nice if there was an option to choose a reason from this page, so a
HOLD_CANCELLATION notice will be generated.
