[Koha-translate] nl_NL translations lost ?

Hi,

I see nl_NL translations are low in 20.11 (around 20%) :
https://translate.koha-community.org/nl_NL/20.11/

It was really better in 19.11 (nearly 100%) :
https://translate.koha-community.org/nl_NL/19.11/

Especially for staff PO file.

Something wrong ?
Should be restart translations for 20.11 from 19.11 file ?
