[Koha-translate] nl_NL translations lost ?

Stats in the last 30 days (too short period but it's something) show 
that there much more activity in 19.11. Which might be a sign of:
«If you add or change a translation in version 19.11,
then you must also copy it to 20.05 and 20.11. Otherwise your work will
be lost for future versions.»
