[Koha-translate] If I work with .po files I can only create suggestions.

Hi to all,

I'm trying to do more work on translation Koha to it_IT.
My account is ztajoli and I'm an admin for it_IT on 
https://translate.koha-community.org

I use poedit [https://poedit.net] and I download the relevant .po files.

But, when I upload a new .po file, all my updates are only suggestions 
and I need to approve them all one by one.

Is it possible to upgrade my account so I could upload .po files without 
to have to approve new translations from suggestions ?
