[Koha-translate] Weblate dont't send e-mails

Hi,
I set up a notification from Weblate and tried to create a new account and
it looks like Weblate is not sending emails. So it's not possible to
confirm the registration mail and we don't know about changes in
translations. Jonathan, do you know about this?
